OUR APPROACH

We look at each project as a puzzle to solve: exploring techniques and ideas to unlock a site’s potential. Whether designing an office building on a narrow 25-foot lot, or laying out 99 luxury apartments, we work towards the most efficient and effective solution.

We take work seriously, but also take breaks for health, happiness, and well-being, like the weekly running group we organized for other local businesses. We support each other to be the best versions of ourselves, both in and out of the office.

Woodbury (townhomes; completed at Ward-Young). Dedicated to advancing the art, science and business of housing, PCBC is the largest homebuilding trade show on the West Coast.

2017 Gold Nugget Merit Award - Best Commercial Project (Under 20,000 sq. ft.)

2016 BIA Bay Area - Best Attached Unit Over 2,000 sq. ft.
