Previously an underused, aging office building, and tucked right next to the highway, this site presented interesting considerations for a residential development. To avoid having to put up the usual ugly sound wall, we faced all the apartments and condos away from the highway, and toward the great south-facing views. Woodbury Highlands will create a new mini-community with a combination of single- and multi-story condos and flats, conducive to multi-generational living.
